I still vividly remember the fateful day when my mom took her then 3.5-year-old toddler for a ‘trial’ ballet class. The kind teacher gave me glittery pom poms and made me watch the class in action before letting me join in the last few minutes of the class.
It was love at first step !!!!
Fast forward 14 years—love is still going strong. Ballet hooked me in – many other styles – Kathak , jazz , tap kept the journey exciting ! I cannot imagine my life without dance !!
Apart from being a dancer, I am a voracious reader and love to write.
I also love making a splash with colours – be simple colour pencils, the all versatile acrylic, stubborn oil paint, crumbly soft pastels or different hues of Greys that charcoal/ graphite work offer. Through this space, I share with you snippets of different parts of me – dance, artist, writer. It is my way of connecting with you and myself.
